    Supervisor Occupational Therapist & Facility Manager
    Over three years of management experience. Currently working in skilled nursing home, Home health and Hospital setting. Extensive knowledge in geropsych.
    Duties included: Management of clinical operation & supervision of staff in the delivery of services to clients. Conducting staff meetings, scheduling PPS categories, assisting in orienting new staff, assisting in performance evaluations and treatments as needed. Giving input in care plan, MDS & PPS management
